In a relaxed, confidential group atmosphere, we will:
• Learn mindfulness and psychological skills that counter unhelpful thinking and behaviours related to anxiety, stress, low mood, addictive patterns. Drawing from MBCT, Internal Family Systems, and other methods.
• Build capacity to care for ourselves unconditionally—in all moments, including chronic anxiety, pain
• Strengthen our relationships and interpersonal skills.
