Mindfulness and Resilience
4-session program exploring Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) and other psychological supports for “resilience”
Explore these evidence-based practices that have helped thousands feel more healthy and resourceful in the face of life’s mental and physical challenges.
In a relaxed group atmosphere, we will:
• Learn mindfulness and psychological skills that counter unhelpful thinking and behaviour patterns related to anxiety, stress, low mood, addiction
• Build capacity to care for ourselves in all difficult moments, including chronic pain
• Strengthen our relationships and communication skills.
Ongoing in Winter, 2024. Four Thursday evenings from 6:00-7:15 PM in person (or via Zoom, to be decided by the group)
