Mindfulness and Resilience

6-session program exploring how Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) and other disciplines support “resilience”

Explore these evidence-based practices that have helped thousands feel more healthy and resourceful in the face of life’s mental and physical challenges.

In a relaxed group atmosphere, we will:
• Learn mindfulness and psychological skills that counter unhelpful thinking and behaviour patterns related to anxiety, stress, low mood, addiction
• Build capacity to care for ourselves in all difficult moments, including chronic pain
• Strengthen our relationships and communication skills.

Starts May, 2023  Six Thursday evenings from 5:30-6:30 via Zoom platform

Cost: $120 includes 6 sessions. Special arrangements available, please inquire.
