Mindfulness and Resilience

6-session program based on Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)

Explore the evidence-based practices that have helped thousands feel more healthy and resourceful in the face of life’s mental and physical challenges.

During 6 sessions in a relaxed group atmosphere, we will:
• Learn mindfulness and psychological skills that counter unhelpful thinking / behaviour patterns related to anxiety, stress, low mood, addiction
• Build capacity to care for ourselves unconditionally—especially during difficult events, emotions, and chronic pain
• Strengthen our capacity in communication and relationships
