6-session program in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy

During 6 sessions in a relaxed group atmosphere, we will:
• Learn mindfulness and psychological skills that counter unhelpful thinking / behaviour patterns related to anxiety, stress, low mood, addiction
• Build capacity to care for ourselves unconditionally—especially during difficult events, emotions, chronic pain
• Strengthen our capacity for communication and relationship
