Mindfulness and Resilience: 4 week program, Winter 2024

4-session program exploring Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) and other psychological supports for “resilience”

Explore these evidence-based practices that have helped thousands feel healthy and resourceful in the face of life’s biggest challenges.

In a relaxed group atmosphere, we will:
• Learn mindfulness and psychological skills that counter unhelpful thinking and behaviour patterns related to anxiety, stress, low mood, addictive patterns
• Build capacity to care for ourselves unconditionally—in all moments, including chronic pain
• Strengthen our relationships and interpersonal skills.

Ongoing in Winter, 2024.  Four Thursday evenings from 6:00 – 7:15 PM in person (or via Zoom, to be determined by the group)
