Mindfulness and Resilience: Supporting Ourselves & Others
4-session program exploring Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and other psychological fundamentals
Explore the evidence-based practices that have helped thousands feel more healthy and resourceful in the face of life’s mental and physical challenges.
In a relaxed group atmosphere, with confidentiality requested, we will:
• Learn mindfulness and psychological skills that counter unhelpful thinking and behaviour patterns related to anxiety, stress, low mood, addiction. We’ll draw from MBCT, Internal Family Systems, and other key methods.
• Build capacity to care for ourselves in all difficult moments, including chronic pain
• Strengthen our relationships and communication skills.
My goal is to create a small-group atmosphere where we can address the challenges we face, and move forward with what matters most to us.
